Apartment on the beach

Beachfront building of the 70s. With this integral reform we adapted the apartment to the new concept of open spaces, always taking advantage of the potential of each property. In this specific case, light and views were our best allies.

Buildings in Golf Course

We worked on a 85 m2 area, originally distributed in two bedrooms, separate kitchen, laundry room and living room. The design was modernized by integrating the kitchen into an open space with garden views: we increased the windows size, gaining light. In the private area we designed a suite with its exclusive dressing room.
